I received this email today and thought it was worth passing along to you.  I've corresponded with Elizabeth for quite awhile and she needs our help to pay for her medical care.  Here's more details from the email I received today:

We were recently contacted by the musician below. She is organizing an online fundraiser for Elizabeth, to help raise the funds necessary for her to get the medical treatment she so desperately needs.
